Karen Williams is a CPA with over 12 years of resource experience at a Senior Finance/Company Secretary level. Her experience was derived in both private company and public listed companies on the TSX and AIM exchanges.

Karen has expertise in statutory and management reporting as well as compliance and governance obligations of publicly listed companies.

She has held a number of senior positions in private exploration companies and has worked for Gladstone Pacific Nickel ( AIM and TSX: GPN).
